Change a Pre-built Widget

You need to first enable Editor mode . Then, tap the pencil ✏️ icon next to a widget you want to change. Widgets list will then show you all the available widgets you can choose from. Tap one you like then tap Apply to quickly swap to it.

Some widgets can be customised while in the Editor mode . For example, subreddits in the Reddit Feed widget can be changed by tapping on it and replacing the subreddit with a new one.

Hide a Widget

A widget can be hidden by setting it to None from the widget selection list.

Add Your Own Widget

You can always add your own widgets to the favorites screen by hiding all pre-built widgets and placing your own. Make sure your widget is underneath the Search box.

Doing it this way will disrupt preset animations and some may not like it. In which case, continue reading.

Add Your Own Widget… The Hard Way

I see you choose violence. Fine!

To add a widget inside the preset, it must be a KWGT widget and it must be export unlocked. Also make sure the widget does not contain many globals because otherwise we will be here all day.

Once you've chosen a widget, open it in KWGT and select all items. Copy all those items by tapping copy icon at the top right.

Now open KLWP and navigate to ⭐ Favorites > Widgets Inside > Place Custom Widget Inside and like the name suggests, paste all the items you copied from KWGT inside this group.

Next, go back to your widget and copy all of its globals and paste it inside KLWP’s Global tab. Save preset and see if your widget is functional. If it is, congratulations!
