All icons on your home screen will be marked as Unset when you first launch Catalyst. To assign an app to an Unset icon, simply tap on it to launch Kompanion’s configurator. Search and select your app from the list to assign it.
Once assigned, tap on the app to launch it. That's it!
What if you want to assign a different app to an icon you've already assigned? Easy! You need to first enable the Editor mode . While in Editor mode , tapping on any app icon will open Kompanion's configurator for that icon, where you can assign it a new app.

Tapping the eye 👁️ icon next to an icon will hide it. You can show it back by tapping the same icon.
Hidden icons are indicated with a lower transparency and a shut-eye icon in Editor Mode.
To change the applied icon pack once you’ve assigned all your apps, open Kompanion and navigate to Icon Packs. Tap the + icon at the top right and select your icon packs from the list. Tap ✔️ to save changes.
Apply your selected icon packs by tapping the circular ✔️ icon at the bottom. Then return to your home screen to see your changes in action!
